“I’m Allison Spencer, a Licensed Esthetician and founder of 1845 Esthetics. After starting my career in multiple corporate salons, I quickly became burnt out by the high-turnover, sales-driven environments that prioritized speed over quality. I knew there had to be a better way - a space where estheticians could build lasting careers, feel valued, and truly grow.

That’s why I created 1845 Esthetics: a welcoming, boutique studio where estheticians can thrive, and clients can feel at home. 1845 Esthetics is a deeply personal tribute, named in memory of my mother, and represents my vision of a studio built on excellence, empowerment, and a genuine passion for our craft."
