  • Your appointment is very important. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please cancel/reschedule your appointment online or by contacting us at 872.243.6301 via text.

    Any appointments canceled/rescheduled or changed without 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. All “no shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

    We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support!

  • We kindly request that you do not arrive earlier or later than your appointment start time, as we work by appointment and most likely have a client before and after you. If you arrive late, your service(s) may be shortened in order to maintain the salon’s schedule. If we are fully booked and unable to service you, you will be charged 50% of the services reserved.

  • We have to ask you to leave friends or kids at home, as our space is too small to comfortably service you with someone else in the room and our insurance only covers the two of us.
